- For GP’s within Leicestershire direct referral for suspected cancers can be undertaken via the HPB-specific 2WW form. If these are not available at your surgery please contact GP services.

- We also offer a “Choose and Book” advice clinic for patients and we aim to respond to these within 48 hours. This can be found under “advice and guidance” in the “choose and book” template.

- For GPs within the East Midlands we are happy to accept direct referrals for cancer treatment, but please consider that many of these patients will be managed initially by your local secondary provider.
