  • Biography:
I am a Clinical Research Fellow within the Academic Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Department with an interest in proteomic based biomarker discovery in Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma and the potential use of intravenous Omega-3 Fatty acids in improving outcome in this debilitating disease.
My previous appointments include completing my Foundation Training at the East Midlands North Deanery, completing my Core Surgical Training at East Midlands South Deanery before attaining an Academic Clinical Fellow Post to commence my higher surgical training in General Surgery, with an interest in Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery. I have completed my higher surgical training up to Specialty Training Year 5 and am pursuing a higher degree in my research interest above as an Out of Programme Research period before recommencing my higher surgical training.
